What to Expect on Your First Visit
We start with evaluating you on the Reflection Edge to test the following:
Eye-Hand Coordination
Inhibition
Prioritization
Reaction Time
Tracking
After finishing the time on the Edge, we transition to one-on-one coaching that uses other tools such as Senaptec Strobe Goggles, Blaze pods, and other Neuro training tools.
What does Membership Training Look Like?
We will have the Reflection edge programmed with your workouts to fit your personalized need based on your evaluation. This part of your workout is 10-15 minutes. After that, you transition to the one-on-one coach, who is working with the other Neuro tools to maximize your workout. The total time for each scheduled training is 30 minutes.
